What we collect
When you use the domain checker we process the domain you enter and look up its public DNS records. We don't store checked domains unless you also sign up. If you subscribe, we collect your email address and the domain you checked. If you purchase a plan, we also store your Stripe customer ID, plan, the domains you ask us to monitor, and the results of their daily checks, in a private database. If you purchase a plan, payment is handled by Stripe; we receive your email and subscription details but never your card number. Our hosting provider may log your IP address for security and rate limiting.
How we use it
To send the weekly report and product updates you signed up for, to provide paid features, and to operate and secure the service. We don't sell your data.
Service providers
We use Vercel (hosting), ActiveCampaign (email lists) and Stripe (payments) to run OutboxWatch.
Your choices
You can unsubscribe from any email using the link in it. To access or delete your data, email support@outboxwatch.com.
